A Japanese-made table runner made from the linen fabric ``lean cover'' that hangs over the green car seats of the Tokaido Shinkansen N700S, which were regularly replaced and discarded.
The lean covers used on the N700 series type A, N700A, and N700S vehicles are replaced with new ones on a regular basis to maintain cleanliness for the safety and security of passengers. This table runner uses a green car lean cover. Another attractive feature is that it is slightly larger than a regular car.
The main points are the profile of the Tokaido Shinkansen and the embroidered N700S logo.

<How to use>
It is made up of three parts: one piece of back cover fabric with the Tokaido Shinkansen N700S logo embroidered on it, one piece of fabric that is the same as the back cover, and one joint part that connects the two pieces.
Each joint part is carefully cut out by hand. We try to use resources as carefully as possible and cut them out without wasting anything.
This is a table runner that utilizes the functionality of the hook-and-loop tape attached to the seat on the back side.

<Material>
The main body material is the linen fabric "lean cover" that hangs over the green car seats of the Tokaido Shinkansen N700S.
The shape of the back cover has four curved sides, giving it an organic shape as it is attached to the three-dimensional Shinkansen seats. Since there are some individual differences in size when unfolded, each piece is carefully cut out by hand.

This is the white color of the linen seat cover used on the green cars of the Tokaido Shinkansen N700S.

<Exterior>
As a proof that it is an upcycled item approved by JR Tokai, it is embroidered with the profile of the Tokaido Shinkansen and the N700S logo.

It can be used as a table runner to match the "N700 series type A Tokaido Shinkansen window mCB table," which reuses the windows of the N700 series type A Tokaido Shinkansen as the top plate.

Not only can it be used as a table runner, but it can also be used as an actual seat cover by hanging it over a chair at home or at work. Even without closing your eyes, you can almost imagine the scene outside the train window.
