If the amount of one application is 11,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping will be free of charge. (Limited to delivery to one location)

About Delivery date

After confirming payment completion, we will ship within 3 business days.

Please be sure to check the product upon arrival.
Preparation for shipping begins at 9:00 on business days. If you order a product that is in stock by 12:00 on a business day, it will be shipped on the same day.
Please note that orders placed after that will be delivered the next day.

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped. Please contact us by email to cancel your order.
In order to prepare for shipment, please contact us by 13:00 on the day of shipment. Please note that cancellations after that time will not be accepted.

Special terms regarding returns

Please be sure to check the product upon arrival.
We take the utmost care in inspecting the delivered products at the time of shipping, but in the unlikely event that the product is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@aceluggage.co.jp within 7 business days of receiving the product. At that time, please have your delivery note handy.
We will only accept returns if the product is unused and complete with tags, box, bag, etc. Please return the item along with the delivery note, cash on delivery.
If there is a defect on our part, we will bear the shipping charges for returning the item.
Please note that the shipping fee, restocking fee ( 1,500 yen), and transfer fee will be borne by the customer in the event of a return due to customer reasons such as misrepresentation or product not matching the image. Please note that if you return the item with cash on delivery, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If you would like to exchange for another item, please place your order again from contact@aceluggage.co.jp. Even if you order again, you will be responsible for the shipping fee, return fee, and transfer fee. After receiving the returned product from the customer, our staff will determine whether the product is good or defective, and then proceed with the refund procedure.
For customers using credit card, the amount may be debited first depending on the card company's closing date. Please note that it may take some time to receive your refund.
In addition, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.
●If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived and we have not contacted you.
●Products eligible for sale
- Hygiene products that come in contact with the skin such as socks and underwear, care products such as creams, and products that are clearly marked as "non-returnable"
●Products with lost or damaged product tags, packaging, etc.
●Products that have been used once
