Delivery note/receipt:
A delivery note will be sent with your order.
If you would like a receipt, please indicate “Receipt Request” in the remarks column when ordering. We will issue an electronic receipt (PDF) by e-mail approximately 2 to 3 business days after the product is shipped. If you have set your e-mail address to block receipt, please remove the setting. About Suitcases, bags, etc.
We take every precaution to inspect our products at the time of shipping, but in the unlikely event of a defective product or a product that differs from what was ordered, please contact us (contact@aceluggage.co.jp) via email within 7 business days after you received products. In such cases, please have the delivery receipt ready at hand.
We will accept returns only if the product is unused and complete with tags, box, bag, etc. Please return the items with the delivery note by cash on delivery.
We will bear the shipping costs for return shipping in the event of a defect in our company.
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs, restocking fee (1,500 yen), and bank transfer fee for returns of items that are not as expected or not as pictured. Please note that the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if the item is returned by cash-on-delivery.
Muscle Card Board (Reinforced Cardboard) Products
In principle, Muscle Card Board products are non-returnable. In the event that parts are missing or the product you receive is different from what you ordered, please contact us (contact@aceluggage.co.jp) via email. When you do that, please have the delivery receipt ready at hand.
If you wish to exchange your order for another item, please place another order from online shopping site (luggage.ace.jp). Please note that you will be responsible for shipping, restocking, and transfer fees. Upon receipt of your return, our staff will check to see if the item is defective or not, and will issue a refund.
For customers using credit cards, the amount may be deducted from your credit card account before the refund is made, depending on the credit card company's closing date. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
In addition, returns will not be accepted in the following cases.
・If you have not contacted us within 8 days of receipt of the merchandise delivered.
・Sale items
