Please note that items purchased before 10:00 will be shipped on the same day, but items purchased after 10:00 will be shipped in order of arrival due to holidays.

Regarding inquiries, we will respond in the order in which they are received, starting from Tuesday, April 30th for inquiries received after 4:00 PM on April 26th, and from Tuesday, May 7th for inquiries received after 4:00 PM on May 2nd.
